Music-based memory care

In collaboration with Memcara Inc., we are building digital therapeutic tools that deliver music-based interventions (MBIs) for people living with dementia and other brain disorders. Memcara’s primary product, CareSuite, is currently used in 12 skilled nursing facilities and offers curated music-based programming and a series of MBIs to stimulate cognitive lift, memory recall, and connection to self and others. In preliminary pilots, care recipients demonstrated improved word count, communication, mood, and awareness. For caregivers, our diagnostic and educational tools helped reduce stress, provide continuity of care, and assist in managing difficult behaviors.
